Fulton County Down Payment Assistance has Returned

Well here we go again. A September 2008 post indicated that Fulton County down payment assistance had returned. It went away again since that post so the flier was removed, but it has now returned. Credit eligible borrowers looking to buy their first home (or first home in three years) may qualify for a zero-interest mortgage of up to $10,000 with no monthly payments to be used toward their closing costs and down payments. The property must be in Fulton County, but outside the City of Atlanta with a purchase price of not more than $150,000.
